We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or comissions at any time without prior notice. 

If you are unhappy with the goods that was delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date by sending an email to orders@premiumlb.shop with clear images of the item and a note explaining why you are unhappy. We will respond to you within two business days maximum.

 

ACCOUNTS 

You must always give us correct, complete, and up-to-date information when you create an account with us; otherwise, you will be in violation of the Terms and your account on our Service may be terminated immediately. 

Regardless of whether the password is for our service or a third-party service, you are in charge of protecting the password you use to access the service and any acts or activities committed using it. You promise not to share your password with anybody else. If you become aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account, you have to let us know right away. The laws of Lebanon shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of these terms. Any right or condition of these Terms that we fail to enforce will not be deemed waived. The other terms of these terms will still be in force even if a court rules that any of them are invalid or unenforceable. Any previous agreements we may have had about the Service are superseded and replaced by these Terms, which represent the whole agreement between us regarding the Service. 

To purchase alcohol, you must be at least eighteen years old. You attest that you are at least eighteen years old by placing an online order with us. In Lebanon, it is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone younger than eighteen. The person you are purchasing alcohol for must also be at least eighteen years old. A person who is at least eighteen years old must accept deliveries. Our couriers will ask for identification if they have any concerns about the recipient's age at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the receiver is in dispute.
